We are recruiting: we are hiring an uPVC window fitter in Refugio County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings The role involves: • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
