Immediate opening: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Fulton County, Georgia. You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Your main tasks: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Season and marinate meat on request • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $28 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
