Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Magumeri, Borno State. You will work in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Full-time with occasional weekends.
