Vacancy available: meat trimmer (England)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Barnsley, England. You will work in a supermarket meat department. Your main tasks: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
