Immediate opening: we are hiring a prep cook in Marte, Borno State. On the job you will handle: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate 6+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
