Machine operator (earthworks) wanted in West Lothian

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in West Lothian, Scotland. You will work at a drainage and utilities contractor. On a typical shift you will lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble. Requirements: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
