Requirements: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel The role involves restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; check back during the meal and handle special requests; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
