Canteen cook — Knox County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Knox County, Nebraska. The role involves: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
