Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat cutter in Narsimhapur, Madhya Pradesh. You will be based at a halal meat counter. Day-to-day duties: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
