Ideal candidate: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness The role involves: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) Part-time with flexible hours.
