Bar waiter — Bracknell Forest

Requirements: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages On the job you will handle: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments £3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
