Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers On a typical shift you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
