Finishing presser — Jackson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a finishing presser in Jackson County, Oregon. What we are looking for: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory You will clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
