You will carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; record output and downtime on the production sheet; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation. Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout 3+ years on the tools preferred.
