Canteen cook wanted in Ikenne

We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Ikenne, Ogun State. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. You will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Pay around ₦5,500 per day, based on your experience.
