Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chef de partie in Gusau, Zamfara State. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking ₦210,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
