Fine-dining server wanted in Ukwa West

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Ukwa West, Abia State. You will be based at a beach resort. You will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); check back during the meal and handle special requests; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes. You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Overtime paid at a premium rate.
