Immediate opening: we are hiring a gypsum plasterer in Rush County, Kansas. Requirements: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic Day to day you will check walls for plumb and level as you go; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
