Your main tasks: • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Pay around ₦165,000 per month, based on your experience.
