Grill cook wanted in Jackson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Jackson County, Oklahoma. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. $11,250 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
