Join our team: we are hiring a baker in Bryan County, Oklahoma. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. On the job you will handle: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Score the top of loaves before baking • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
