Immediate opening: brick and block layer (Bauchi State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Dass, Bauchi State. The role involves erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
