Fry cook — Kagarko

Now hiring: we are hiring a fry cook in Kagarko, Kaduna State. Day to day you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
