Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure You will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs.
