Requirements: • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets Day-to-day duties: • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
