Urgent requirement: oven operator (Taraba State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Wukari, Taraba State. You will be based in a bread factory. On the job you will handle: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
