Ideal candidate: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Your main tasks: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
