Join our team: we are hiring a powder coater in Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh. Ideally you have able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens; comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth. Your main tasks: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse Pay around ₹32,500 per month, based on your experience.
