Immediate opening: we are hiring a horticulturist in Hadejia, Jigawa State. You should have: • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers Your main tasks: • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe We offer ₦245,000 per month plus benefits.
