Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills On the job you will handle: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
