Now hiring: earthmoving equipment operator (Lagos State)

Join our team: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Ifako/Ijaye, Lagos State. You will be based at a road and highway construction project. What we are looking for: • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones The role involves: • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
