Tiler — Surulere

Now hiring: we are hiring a tiler in Surulere, Lagos State. The job is in a tile and sanitaryware showroom. Requirements: • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone The role involves: • Set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line • Set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges • Match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits • Fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
