Immediate opening: we are hiring a counter butcher in Marshall County, Minnesota. What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Day-to-day duties: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Season and marinate meat on request • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
