Immediate opening: we are hiring a retail butcher in Anka, Zamfara State. Your main tasks: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
