Bread and bun maker — Volusia County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Volusia County, Florida. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. You will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate Full-time with occasional weekends. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
