We are recruiting: we are hiring a captain waiter in Jere, Borno State. On the job you will handle: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Clear and reset tables between covers • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform We offer ₦295,000 per month plus benefits.
