Now hiring: we are hiring a dogger in Akoko-Edo, Edo. The job is in a heavy machinery workshop. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather You will take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use. Pay around ₦450 per hour, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
