You should have: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts On a typical shift you will take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules.
