Vacancy available: we are hiring a short order cook in Clinton County, Ohio. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen You will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO.
