Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in Gwer West, Benue State. The job is at a cloud kitchen. On a typical shift you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies 4+ years on the tools preferred.
