Immediate opening: shuttering fixer (Texas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Trinity County, Texas. The job is at a reinforced concrete building site. On the job you will handle: • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss You should have: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
