Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in Hall County, Nebraska. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare the mise en place before each service; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
