Vacancy available: line cook (Rivers State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Eleme, Rivers State. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen We offer ₦7,500 per day plus benefits.
