Line cook • Modoc County, California

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Modoc County, California. You will work in a hotel kitchen. You will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare the mise en place before each service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets 2+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $8,750 per project, based on your experience.
