Overhead (EOT) crane operator wanted in Abakaliki

Great opportunity: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State. You will work in a steel fabrication workshop. You should have: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging On the job you will handle: • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
