Foundry labourer wanted in Jibia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a foundry labourer in Jibia, Katsina State. You will be based on the moulding line. You should have: • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding On a typical shift you will shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer ₦115,000 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
