You will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects We offer ₦240,000 per month plus benefits.
