Groundsman wanted in Wharton County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a groundsman in Wharton County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance Day to day you will prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends.
