Join our team: we are hiring a chef de partie in Jhabua, Madhya Pradesh. You will work at a roadside dhaba. The role involves follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line 6+ years on the tools preferred.
