Restaurant steward wanted in Mason County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Mason County, Illinois. You will work in a café. Your main tasks: • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place What we are looking for: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
